Job Title: Highway Jointer

Location: Portsmouth/Southampton

Salary: £11.23 p/h + competitive incentive scheme

Permanent| Full Time| 37 hours per week

Our Role

As part of the Hampshire PFI you’ll operate in a key position carrying out jointing and construction works on a variety of lighting works.  You’ll be completing service transfers and disconnections on Illumined Highway Furniture. This role will include working as part of a multi task team to enable the efficient replacement of signs and street lighting. This will be a physically demanding role and will involve excavating in the highway and working at height.


Your Skills and Experience

As a confident and experienced operative, a high standard of work will be adhered to.  You will be comfortable to work as an individual and within a team. In order to be successful in the role you'll be experienced in cat 4a and 2d authorisation with a DNO (Ideally SSE). As you will be operating in various locations a full driving license will be required.

A HGV 2 licence and a valid NRSWA card would also be desirable however on the job training will be provided if you don’t currently hold.
