Job Title: Team Managers – Network Operations

Location: West London or Slough

Salary: Up to £45,066 depending on skills and experience + car/cash allowance

Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours per week

Our Role

As a Team Manager, you’ll provide leadership and management for the crafts persons within the maintenance and inspection team. As part of this role you will be responsible for managing a team of electrical fitters carrying out planned maintenance of our assets from low voltage up to 33000v. You'll ensure they contribute to the overall success of the department and the company as a whole, whilst ensuring you have a high-level technical understanding of your team's responsibilities. As part of this role you’ll use your good leadership, organisational, diagnostic and problem-solving skills and will need to be an effective communicator at all levels. You will lead the team in all safety family values, improving and maintaining the Broader Measure of Customer Service scores for general enquiries and planned supply interruptions

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership, organisational, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You should have a good understanding of electricity distribution networks, hold a minimum of an LV DNO authorisation for an SS06 grade and 11KV SAP authorisation to be considered at an SS07 grade, you should also have a proven track record of safety, service and efficiency.
