Salary: SSE6 £31,345 – £41396 depending on skills and experience + benefits

The Role

As Digital Faults Analyst, you will be the main point of contact for our Digital Studio in the reporting of faults and incidents. You’ll also own the responsibility of quickly and efficiently diagnosing, resolving and communicating all faults and incidents, working closely with IT to ensure they are appropriately prioritised to achieve a swift resolution and we maintain a first-class digital experience for our customers. 

Some of your other accountabilities will include;

*Collaborating with current projects during warranty phase to identify bugs and defects

*Working with the business to determine if an incident is a valid fault or if it should be a change request.

*Perform daily health checks across our Digital property to proactively identify any issues.

*Monitor our websites and investigate any abnormalities

*Produce weekly fault reporting.

 

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in a similar type role and has a solid understanding of web technologies and metrics, and how to quantify the impact of a fault or outage. You’ll need excellent organisation and prioritisation skills as well as outstanding communication skills, enabling you to communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships with varying levels of seniority across multiple different business areas.

You’ll be used to working in a highly pressurised, digital first environment and have a strong focus on risk and issue management. Experience of HTML, Javascript, AppsDynamics, Google Analytics or Webtrends Analytics would be extremely beneficial.
