Our Role

As Product Delivery Lead, you will have technical and operational delivery of the SSE Airtricity proposition and propositions roadmap.  This will include the delivery of key information to portfolio related projects in annual and quarterly planning processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

 - Involvement in defining key product benefits and revenue opportunities for the product set and the robust requirements to deliver

 - Manage relationships with various internal and external customers/vendors that impact the customer base; including developing a close working relationship with Technology/ Customer Operations and Sales

 - Developing and implementing propositions & products programs (on-time and to budget) to improve the customer experience

 - Building and maintaining strong relationships with all teams involved in the business unit’s GT (Go To Market) and Business Readiness team, including Technology/Care/Regulation/Marketing, Sales amongst others

 - Ensure clear and robust requirements gathering for all elements of the business to deliver fit for purpose products

 - Support GTM of all Product launches and the operational rollout of same

 - Subject matter expert on the proposition and product capabilities of our systems

 Your Skills and Experience

You’ll have experience in Operational Processes and Project delivery experience within a regulated environment; preferably Financial services or an Energy firm focusing on Consumer/Domestic propositions and products.   You will be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver full cycle projects; operational change and will have proven product lifecycle management experience.

You should understand complex billing systems and experience in the planning and delivery of multiple complex product delivery programmes in a demanding environment. You will need to be comfortable with the interpretation of Business requirements to technical requirements to allow for accurate delivery of strategic objectives. 

And finally, you will be responsible for planning, organisation, scheduling, problem solving and the resolution of conflicting priorities.  You’ll bring excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills as you will be responsible for leading cross functional teams. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to interact up to senior management level.
