CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR, DUBLIN

SALARY CIRCA €24,000 (DEPENDING ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)

We believe in treating our customers like family and always going the extra mile in whatever we do and we are looking for passionate, motivated and hardworking Business Energy Customer Service Advisors to join our team.  We welcome both full-time and part-time applications.

The main purpose of your role will be answering inbound customer calls from Business Customers via Telephone and to service our customers via our digital platforms such as Email, live Web Chat and Jabber while promoting and maintaining an extremely high level of customer service. You will need to maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments and external contacts while working towards set targets as part of a team using established guidelines, procedures and process driven methodology.

Actively contributing to team meetings/one to one's and sharing any knowledge that has been gained through experience will also form a vital part of this role. Other responsibilities include Invoice validation, logging calls on the customer information system and remaining up to date on any changes effecting the department.

To be successful in this role you must be customer and quality-focused, organised, have exceptional attention to detail and be passionate about delivering service excellence at all times. You should have a positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills together with the ability to use own initiative, persuasion and commercial awareness. You should have excellent analytical and reconciliation skills and have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in a customer service/utilities environment is essential.
