The Role

The Campaign Planner is responsible for the BTL communications and customer journeys for the ROI & NI customer base, this includes the design and layout of all customer touch points from point of sale to post early life. They will be responsible for defining the customer journey strategy, process and structure within year 1.

The Campaign Planner role will be responsible for Early Life Churn (ELC) key churn metrics, with a large emphasis on the reduction of churn within the first 6 months.

The role will be responsible for ensuring integration and an alignment with other CVM planners, CMV team members (in particular Analytics and Products) and key teams such as call centre operations, customer service, marketing communications, compliance and digital.

This role will ensure a deep understanding of all welcome customer journeys i.e. ROI Single Fuel DD/Non DD, Duel Fuel Non DD/ Post etc. In addition the Campaign Planner will be the SPOC for Budget Plan (EPP) and COT.

Finally, this role will ensure a high level of insight into the full end to end journey, to work closely with analytics to identify customer triggers in order to build effective churn reduction campaigns.

The ability to understand the needs of the customer whilst being able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision are as equally important.
