I like the sound of that what will I be doing in the role?

Customer Service Advisors are intrinsic to the success of SSE Airtricity. As the main point of contact for our customers we are looking for individuals who are friendly but who are also good problem solvers and determined to succeed in a professional working environment. Quite simply you will be the voice of SSE Airtricity and an ambassador for our brand. You will be taking general enquiry calls from our customers with a diverse range of questions and needs so it’s essential that you’re able to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to your customer’s requests.

That sounds very interesting, but what do you need from me?

We are looking for people with Customer Service experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity and a history of working in a compliant and target based environment would be an advantage. As numbers form a large part of this role we will require you to have excellent analytical and reconciliation skills alongside excellent communication skills. Computer literacy is essential as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment.
