The Role

As Operations Support Analyst, you will play a key role to the Marketing Operations function in aiding decision making, continuous improvement business processes, compliance and assurance activities, as well as enhancing data quality and output. You will support the investigation and tracking of complex problems across multiple systems, helping to create solutions, producing valuable MI and creating both numerical and graphical reports.

The Person

We are looking for you to be an analytical strategic thinker who embraces change and drives innovation. Strong financial and commercial awareness will be essential and you take pride in leading by example, managing expectations and sharing  your knowledge and best practice with the wider team.

You must have the ability to prioritise large and complex pieces of work, delivering outstanding quality and customer satisfaction. We need you to have a good understanding of Financial and KPI metric development and performance reporting, and ideally you will have advanced spread sheet modelling and database development experience.

Anything else?

Yes – as you will be providing financial business information analysis to support tracking against targets, it is essential that you have a very high level or accuracy and are capable of challenging data. You will also assist with, and be the single point of contact for all SharePoint Development activity, so some knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous. Evidence of working with financial controls, procurement, continuous improvement techniques plus IT and business change projects will help your application.
