CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

LOCATION: DUBLIN

SALARY CIRCA €22,425 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is intrinsic to the success of SSE Airtricity. We are looking for individuals who are confident, articulate, and determined to succeed in a professional working environment, and quite simply you will be the voice of SSE Airtricity and an ambassador for our brand. You will be taking general enquiry calls from our customers with a diverse range of questions and needs so it's essential that you're able to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to your customer's requests.

We are looking for people with at least one year's Customer Service experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity and a history of working in a compliant and target based environment would be an advantage. As numbers form a large part of this role we will require you to have excellent analytical and reconciliation skills alongside excellent communication skills. Confidence with computers is a must as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment.
